Delegation Workshop

To help the participant to better identify their delegation skills and to be able to effectively delegate to get desired results.

Process:

1. Understand the definition of delegation
2. Identify barriers to being able to delegate effectively
3. Review steps for effective delegation
4. Practice delegating skills

The participant will be able to better identify what needs to be delegated, to whom and how to communicate effectively for the desired results.
