Tim's Story

Timothy A. Dimoff, Founder and President of SACS Consulting & Investigative Services, Inc., is considered one of the nation’s leading authorities in high-risk workplace and human resource issues, security, vulnerability assessments, terrorism and crime.

Dimoff’s story reads like a Hollywood movie. He spent over 20 years as an award winning narcotics detective before sustaining a career ending injury during a chaotic drug raid. Dimoff had to rethink his life and his career and decided to turn his vast law enforcement experience in a new direction. He founded SACS Consulting & Investigative Services, Inc., a firm dedicated to helping corporations gain control of spiraling workplace crime and other high risk workplace issues. He is board certified by ASIS (American Society of Industrial Security) as Certified Protection Professional (CPP™), a designation that indicates board certification in security management and is recognized worldwide as the highest recognition accorded a security practitioner. He is also a TASA (Technical Advisory Services of America) board certified legal expert in police and in corporate security procedures and training. Dimoff is the founder of the innovative “Equalizer” pro bono program in Ohio that helps victims of violent crime establish new identities and a sense of safety after experiencing an attack.

Dimoff shares his vast knowledge and experience at the national level as a speaker, trainer, investigator and author. He is sought after as a keynote speaker and expert legal witness, and has appeared on national radio and television shows including Dateline, NBC and CNN, and in major newspapers including The Chicago Tribune, The New York Times, The LA Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal. Dimoff speaks throughout the United States to corporations, schools and parents. He has written four books, including How to Recognize Substance Abuse, and Life Rage, a chilling examination of societal rage and safeguards against it. Dimoff is also nationally recognized for his expertise in developing training programs for corporations, law enforcement, security agencies, and other organizations. He is a nationally recognized expert on violent behavior and criminal investigation and has provided crime commentary and profiling analysis on television and radio appearances including MSNBC, CNN, and Court TV. As a consultant to law enforcement and the media, Dimoff has been called upon to examine evidence from crime scenes and victim and witness reports to develop an offender profile.

Winner of innumerable state and local awards for business, safety, leadership and civic achievement, Dimoff and SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. was awarded the Weatherhead 100 Award as one of Ohio’s fastest-growing companies. He is a member of the Technical Advisory Services of America, a national expert witness service utilized by attorneys across the nation; the Ohio and International Narcotic Associations; the Ohio and National Society for Human Resource Managers; and the American Society for Industrial Security.

Dimoff holds a B.S. in Sociology, with an emphasis in criminology, from Denison University. He is also a certified instructor in both law enforcement and private security, and an advocate for stronger laws protecting and assisting victims of crime.

Dimoff has embraced the entrepreneurial spirit for most of his life. During his esteemed career, he has guided many companies through the start-up, development and growth phases, including six firms he personally founded and sold.

Dimoff resides in Tallmadge, Ohio with his wife, Michelle, and three children.

Karen Bosecker

Karen Bosecker, Director of Investigations, has been with SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. since 1997. She started as Administrative Secretary, became Office Manager, and is currently Director of Investigations. Karen still oversees many aspects of the corporate office, but her main duties include:
  • Working directly with clients on all phases of the investigative division
  • Scheduling, organizing, and overseeing all security and investigation cases
  • Assessing strike and labor dispute situations, and developing a strategic plan for corporations/companies in the event of a strike

Additionally, Karen was an Assessment Coordinator for a CRI (Cities Readiness Initiative) government contract that involved the 'Security Analysis' and 'Determination of Security Proceedures' for 130 locations which would be activated during a local or national crises.



Anthony Wellendorf



Anthony Wellendorf is the Chief Operating Officer of SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc.

Anthony started as an advisor to the SACS organization and its owner, Tim Dimoff, more than 18 years ago. Mr. Wellendorf has been the Company’s Chief Operating Officer since November, 2008 and his experience in the corporate building processes has allowed SACS to enjoy a 200% increase in both business volume and company revenue in the year and half since his installation.

Mr. Wellendorf also assisted with the administration and management of a Workers’ compensation re-training program for employers with injured workers. This three year project was the first ever privately conducted “Back to Work” Ethics Program approved by the State of Ohio, Bureau of Workers’ Compensation in Columbus, Ohio.

Mr. Wellendorf has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Akron and has specialized in new corporate development projects in the North East Ohio area for more than 20 years. He is an accomplished speaker on topics including corporate security, State of Ohio Drug Free Work Place programs, Crisis Management, Work Place Diversity, Visa and MasterCard Acquiring Compliance Issues and much more.

Mr. Wellendorf has drawn on his expertise and experiences in corporate communications along with his knowledge of the technology of telecommunications and the sense of safety of his experience in home and corporate security backgrounds to provide the foundation on which he builds strategic plans with the associations, organizations and companies he works with. This multi-disciplinary foundation has even allowed him to create a marketing and sales program that included nation-wide employee trainings for a NEO company with a client base of over 5, 000 businesses across the county that generated more than $7 million in yearly revenue.

Mr. Wellendorf’s ability to work with all types of people and the flexibility he provides to clients for solving corporate issues is unparalleled. His personal belief is that the company “status quo” can never be acceptable in a forward thinking organization. This belief promises that his experience as both a business owner as well as an executive officer are focused on moving the organizations towards the future. His personal persistence in this belief allowed him to help spearhead the opening of a new financial services company which was ultimately sold for more than 29 million dollars.

Robert Osiecki



Robert Osiecki, Senior Investigator for SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, brings over 25 years of law enforcement and security experience having served in various positions ranging from police officer, sergeant, detective, lieutenant and over 15 years as chief of police, and has subsequently retired from law enforcement.

Bob is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, 190th Session.

Bob holds a BS in Criminal Justice Management from La Salle University in Mandeville, LA.

Bob is licensed by the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of Homeland Security as a Class B Private Investigator and Provider.

Bob has been a OPOTC Certified Instructor since 1994, and has held the designation of Academy Commander.

Bob trained as a SWAT Commander certified by the International Association of Chiefs of Police at the San Antonio, Texas Police Academy.

Bob received training at the Emergency Management Institute, US Department of Homeland Security located in Anniston, Alabama in the FEMA National Incident Management System.

Bob earned the designation of Certified Law Enforce Executive (CLEE) in 1998.

Bob has received training at Case Western Reserve University, Center for Criminal Justice, The University of Virginia, Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy, Police Executive Leadership College, Drug Enforcement Administration, United States Department of Justice, and the SACS Training Academy.

Bob also serves as 1st Lieutenant in the Ohio Military Reserve and has held positions as a Recruiting and Retention Officer, and served as an Instructor at the OHMR Commanders Academy.



Dave DiRocco



Dave DiRocco, Director of Business Development for SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, brings nearly 20 years of experience in security and law enforcement to SACS, helping its clients improve their productivity, protect their assets, and reduce their risk of litigation.

In his role at SACS, Dave provides operational support, product development skills and sales tactics to improve effectiveness and efficiency for SACS’ clients. His procedures and training programs have solved operational problems and saved money for service, manufacturing, and construction companies of all sizes.

As an OPOTC certified instructor, Dave was recognized by The American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers as an expert in firearms tactics and training, where he successfully combined his expertise in firearms and knowledge of adult learning theory to develop and teach advanced firearms and officer safety training programs. He also served as range master and assisted in writing updated “use of force” policies that protected his department from liability. He earned many commendations for arrests and drug seizures and was known for his aggressive patrol tactics in tracking down criminals.

Dave serves on the Board of Directors of the Akron-Canton chapter of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), where he developed the chapter’s first newsletter. He works diligently to ensure that all members are receiving the full benefits of the organization.

Dave is a graduate of St. Vincent’s- St. Mary’s and the University of Akron, where he majored in Criminal Justice and Post-secondary Technical Education. He is a graduate of the SACS Police Academy, the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy, and of numerous advanced law enforcement training programs. He also completed the Asset Protection Course of the American Society of Industrial Security.

Dave is passionate about helping businesses in the areas of security and asset protection.



Thomas C. Decker

Tom joins SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. with a background in law enforcement, where he was recipient of many distinguished service and merit awards, and departmental commendations for outstanding performance and investigatory skills. He also served as fleet operations officer with supervisory, purchasing, inventory and budget responsibilities. While in public service, Tom authored technical articles for an international trade publication for fleet administrators and served as a design consultant for tactical weapons retention systems for vehicles.

After his tenure in public service, Tom investigated financial crimes for a large financial institution. His responsibilities included conducting security/loss prevention training sessions and creating and implementing innovative security programs.

Tom’s education in Security Administration and experience in alarm and CCTV hardware enables him to advise and meet the security challenges of our clients.

Professional affiliations include former Chairman of the prestigious Western Reserve Chapter of the National Association of Fleet Administrators and an active member of ASIS International. Mr. Decker received FEMA Emergency Management certification for Introduction to the Incident Command System in 2005. The ICS encompasses six major functional areas: Command, Operations, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Administration and Intelligence.

Tom joined SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. Team and is utilizing his expertise in providing service to our clients in the areas of security vulnerability analysis, corporate investigations, theft analysis, training and several liability areas pertinent to Corporate America.

Mr. Decker also has attended the courses developed by Texas A&M University System, Texas Engineering Extension Service, and the National Emergency Response and Rescue Training Center conducted at Lakeland Community College Campus. The first seminar addressed Weapons of Mass Destruction Threat and Risk Assessment and the second concentrated in Enhanced Threat and Risk Assessment .

Additionally, Tom was a Project Manager for a CRI (Cities Readiness Initiative) government contract that involved the 'Security Analysis' and 'Determination of Security Proceedures' for 130 locations which would be activated during a local or national crises.



Mike Gemmer

Mike Gemmer’s education includes a Bachelors degree in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana and a Masters degree in Computer Information Systems from St. Marys University in San Antonio, Texas. After earning his undergraduate degree, he joined the US Air Force through the ROTC program and served for 8 years. While in the Air Force he was a B-52 Navigator and, later, a courseware and instructional designer. As a courseware designer he was responsible for courses in map and chart preparation and analysis, GPS theory and practice, and simulation software.

After leaving the Air Force, he founded The Gemmer Group, Inc. in 1996. The Gemmer Group is a software consultancy and professional service firm specializing in custom software development, particularly for healthcare and “first responders”. Projects include databases to track medical transports for hospitals, medical facilities and HAZMAT tracking databases. Additionally, Mr. Gemmer works with firms to develop collaborative software for quick setup of communications at emergency sites. He is very familiar with the development of mapping and location-based software and the preparation of mapping products using commercial software from major vendors.

Mr. Gemmer joined the SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. Team as the IT Coordinator for the SAVE (Security Analysis Vulnerability Evaluation) and Mapping System that is currently being utilized and a very important aspect for the future security of numerous different entities in both the public and private sectors.



Kenneth Lombardo

Kenneth Lombardo, PHR comes to SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. with 20 years of experience as a Human Resource and Administrative professional. Ken holds a degree from Kent State University in Business Administration and a Certificate in Human Resources from John Carroll University.

In addition, he is certified by The Society of Human Resource Management as a Professional in Human Resources ( PHR). This is a designation conferred based on experience and the successful completion of an extensive examination.

He has held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for a national architectural, engineering and construction management firm.

His experience includes establishment of an H.R. Department, employment law, policy and procedures, compensation and benefits, employee relations, personnel records and recruiting.

Ken is on the Member Advisory Board of The Cuyahoga County Reemployment Services Center, The Society of Human Resource Management and a past member of The Playhouse Square Foundation Special Improvement District.

Richard Farson

Richard Farson comes to SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. with over 30 years of experience as a generalist in human resources management. Richard holds a degree from Walsh University in Chemistry & Biology with certifications from the Louis Allen Supervisory & Management Programs, Fisher Team Development Group and American Management Association.

He has held HR management positions in large, medium and small firms involved in the manufacture of steel and building materials, as well as metal stamping.

His development experience includes: supervisor and management training & development programs; project management; greenfield establishment of an H.R. function; employment handbook policies and procedures, performance management programs; safety training programs; and recruiting & selection systems.

Richard is a member and past officer of the Stark County Human Resources Association and The Society of Human Resource Management. He has been actively involved in Rotary International having served as president of the 335 member Canton, Ohio club and an officer in the 47-club District 6650. He has also served the Better Business Bureau and Habitat for Humanity.



Devi Gursahaney

With a gentle smile and a spirit of compassion, Devi (Devyani) Gursahaney has provided human resources training and consulting in India and the U.S. Her unique approach to organizational development and staff training combine a cross-cultural perspective with a strong commitment to introducing compassion in the work place in this country. She loves working with people and teaching them how to build community across differences through respect, understanding and creativity. Jay Ruble

Jay Ruble brings over thirty years of experience to SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. in the field of educational instruction and administration. After graduating from the University of Akron with a BA and MA in Education, Jay began his career in the Nordonia Hills City School system. After teaching for 12 years, Jay was appointed to the position of associate high school principal in 1981, and in 1985 he was named building principal of Nordonia High School.

As building principal, Jay was directly involved in personnel supervision and evaluation, participation in, and the initiation of institutional programs and policies, including the high school’s chemical dependency/intervention program development and administration.

Jay helped create and chair Nordonia High School’s crisis management team and training program. He presented the model for this plan at the Ohio Secondary Administrator’s State Conference in Columbus Ohio.

Since his retirement from Nordonia Schools, Jay has worked at the University of Akron in the Department of Education, supervising student teachers. Additionally he has spoken to numerous school systems, private organizations, and the State Homeland Security Sub-Committee regarding products and systems related to crisis management and risk assessment. Jay joined the SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. team in 2005.

John Senn

John Senn joined the Cleveland Police Department in 1991and worked various assignments including patrol, Vice and Narcotics Units. He was responsible for over 300 felony arrests and conducted numerous extensive investigations. In September 2005 Mr. Senn directed his expertise in the private sector and became the Security Director at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. John currently assists SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. with expertise in Investigations and Security Analysis and Vulnerability Assessments.


Tom McMahon

Tom McMahon officially retired as a high school principal from Nordonia High School in 1993. He was also a college basketball coach for Cleveland State University from 1970-1983.

Tom has continued to work in education as a teacher (Bay Village, Berea, Olmsted Falls, and Lakewood Schools) and as Athletic and Educational Administrator of North Ridgeville and Rocky River School districts.

Recently he has managed several sports facilities in the Cleveland area and prior to that, had spent 18 years (1978-1995) in security as Event Coordinator and Supervisor of LOGE Services for Cleveland Stadium Corporation. While with CSC, Tom can list varied experiences coordinating Security Services for events such as Rock Concerts (World Series of Rock), Major League Baseball (Cleveland Indians) and the Cleveland Browns.

Additionally, Mr. McMahon attended the training class "Enhanced Threat and Risk Assessment" provided by representatives from Texas A&M University.

Tom is President of RADCO (Retired Athletic Directors, Coaches, and Officials) of Greater Cleveland. Currently Tom is a Security Assessment Coordinator of SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc.



Julie D'Aloiso

Julie D’Aloiso has recently joined the SACS team as a Certified Social Media Specialist. Julie has been using social networking sites since 2008. She has trained some of SACS team on the tools and techniques used to interact and connect with clients and the world. She is also assisting the SACS team with planning, tracking, and executing the social network postings.

Julie has been working in the “web world” since 2000. She has serviced hundreds of customers over the years. She had a web business: “D-Webjazz Web Design, Inc.” from 2000 – 2007. From 2007 – 2009 she worked for a software company: “Tornado Technologies,” heading up their website projects. She is now president of SpiderCat Marketing, Inc.

SpiderCat Marketing can help with: website development, website maintenance, custom programming applications, email newsletters, blogs, graphic design, Pay Pal, E-commerce, Google Analytics, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and custom internet marketing campaigns.

Recently, Julie has been a co-host on the Gary Rivers morning radio show in Canton 101.7 discussing Social Media. She has talked to students at Remington College, the Senior Wellness Expo in Solon and held numerous seminars about Social Media for Business. She is an active member of the Cleveland Social Media Club and can be heard monthly on their Podcast.



Thomas Peyton

Thomas Peyton is an expert in Peak Performance and Business Development. He is a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming which is an advanced technology for achieving outcomes with employees and customers. Tom is also certified in conflict resolution, negotiation and hypnotherapy.

Tom was CEO of a major corporation for 14 years. During that time he used Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques to design and implement cultural changes that grew the company from annual gross sales of ten million dollars per year to thirty million dollars per year.

Prior to that he functioned as managing consultant for a large construction project which was in a financial insolvency state. Tom developed and implemented a plan to bring the project out of insolvency and hold off an inevitable bankruptcy.

Thomas’s other experiences include extensive work in sales - both tangible and intangible products, along with teaching business and public accounting.

Thomas’s educational background is broad from advanced studies in Neuro Linguistic Programming to post-graduate work at Case Western Reserve University in healthcare management to post-graduate work at Baldwin-Wallace College in organizational management to certification by the State of Ohio in accounting. He also holds a BS in Technical Education with an emphasis in adult education and business from The University of Akron.

Tom is a member of The American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming, The Association of Conflict Resolution, The American Board of Hypnotherapist, The Greater Akron Chamber and COSE, Sale and Marketing Executives International.



Robert A. Foraker

Robert A. Foraker, Finance Ethics Director, is a financial consultant with Private Merchant Banking experience in Privatization, Infrastructures, Banking and Computer Technology. He has been on the leading edge of technology for over 30 years. Bob was first involved in Banking, designing and implementing advanced real-time computer systems, managing operations and then selling the technology to other institutions through his own Financial Systems Marketing company. The past ten years, Bob has been involved with the Private Capital Market in Privatizing Eastern Europe, wireless communications, and a new business development group involved in writing financial transactions for the Private Market.

Known as a visionary, Bob brings to SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc. expertise in marketing and customer relations to help drive us through this new millennium.

Bob is listed in Who's Who in Finance, International and America and others. He is a past member of the Beverly Hills Toastmasters, a board member for the Global Clean Air ACT, and Trustee for the NOx Depository Trust.

Chad Mullins

Chad Mullins served in the United States Navy. After being Honorably Discharged he became a certified Firefighter-Emergency Medical Technician, where he received additional training including Blood Borne Pathogens, Critical Incident Management and was certified by the State of Ohio. Mr. Mullins also worked for a Correctional Institution, where he also became certified as an Unarmed Self Defense Instructor, Special Weapons and Tactics Instructor, was on the Tactical Response Team, Health and Safety Instructor, Fire Safety Instructor, C.P.R. Instructor, and Instructor for the Special Response Team. Mr. Mullins also has received additional training on Critical Incident Management and Security procedures. Lastly, Mr. Mullins has been employed on a part-time basis in the Law Enforcement Field.


Robert Jacobs

Robert Jacobs served in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps for nine years. Stationed in Berlin, Germany advancing to the position of Operations Sergeant responsible for security to the Berlin community by insuring exemplary performance of the law enforcement mission by the assigned Military Police and attached German Police personnel. Stationed at Ft. Irwin, California and was assigned to Provost Marshal’s office as an Investigator, which subsequently led to being attached to the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID) as an investigator for the Drug Suppression Team/Security Threat Groups. Robert was employed by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitations and Corrections for 10 years as a Correctional Officer where the identification, interviewing and monitoring of Security Threat Groups provided vast knowledge and experience, which has led to request from the local community schools and the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center (Thomas Ash, Superintendent) to discuss gang activities within the school environment.


Michelle Dimoff

Michelle Dimoff is responsible for coordination of all financial accounts including receivables, billings, deposits, business checking account, and monthly/yearly balance sheets. Addtionally, Michelle coordinates all aspects of payroll and insurance services for SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc.'s employees.


Alma Glasper

Alma Glasper is responsible for Administrative duties including the processing of all billings, coordinating receivables and the issuance of all certified training certificates. Additionally, Alma assists in the ongoing customer relations and retention process that is one of SACS Consulting and Investigative Services, Inc.'s most important priority areas.


Investigators:
