Tim’s Contract

Your contract with Tim Dimoff will spell out specific details regarding fees, additional expenses, travel and hotel requirements, and any other issues pertaining to his presentation to your group.

A deposit of 50% of the agreed upon fee is due with the signing of the speaking contract. The balance of the fee and expenses are due the day of the speaking engagement.

In the event of a date change or postponement, if a new date is booked within 10 days of the change notification, and the new booking date is scheduled within 12 months of the original booking date, there will be no penalty.

If the original date is cancelled and not rescheduled, the deposit will not be refunded and will constitute full and complete settlement.

Fees are based upon several factors including length of presentation, location, subject matter, and customization.
