	Which topic do you want Tim to present and why will the subject matter be relevant to the group?
	Which points do you want Tim to particularly emphasize?
	Do you want Tim to engage the audience in a question-and-answer session or can he call on audience members to be “volunteers” for some of his scenarios?
	What subjects, if any, should Tim stay away from? Are there any subject areas in which the group might have some sensitivity?
	Will the organization’s meeting planner, or senior executives, ask to speak with Tim prior to the session?
	Would you like to set up an “Ask Tim” phone call prior to your meeting?
	Would you like to make any of Tim’s books available to your audience and have Tim conduct a book-signing?
